Additionally, we can accommodate up to 12 rollaway beds for an additional $20 per night per bed, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to sleep. Whether you’re planning a family reunion, corporate retreat, or a special celebration, our versatile space and convenient amenities make The Lodge at Pine Haven an ideal venue for your event.
Additionally, we provide table and chair rentals for your event needs at affordable rates—$0.50 per chair and $2.50 per table. This ensures you have everything necessary for a seamless and enjoyable gathering.

Prices are based on eight occupants. ($20 per additional person up to twenty occupants maximum.) Tax not included.

** Holidays include Martin Luther King Weekend, President’s Day Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, the weekend before Christmas through the end of the year, and require a three night minimum. The Wednesday – Saturday of Thanksgiving week require a two night minimum.

We require ½ down as a deposit at the time of your reservation. The balance must be paid by the day of check in.
If cancellation is within 30 days of your reservation, the deposit will be forfeited. If more than 30 days notice is provided you will be subject to a minimum $20 cancellation fee.

Yes. We have an interior sound system. For an outdoor wedding, we do suggest your bring your own speaker for any music you wish to play during the ceremony.
