Our Lodge and Conference Center serves as an ideal venue for any small to medium size weddings.  The Conference area has a maximum indoor capacity of approximately 80 and can be rented alone or paired with the upstairs rooms for overnight use.

Our most affordable wedding package starts at $500, for a weekend wedding which includes 4 hours the evening before and 8 hours the day of (so a Friday eve/Saturday or a Saturday eve/Sunday).  This also includes the full kitchen and the large downstairs restrooms and the gazebo. Weekday rentals (after 2 pm on Sundays thru 8pm on Thursday) are $150 for up to 4 hours or $300 for up to 8 hours.  Tables and chairs are available at an extra charge or are included if the entire lodge including the upstairs rooms are rented overnight (the upstairs is not included at the $500 rate). The upstairs rooms serve as a wonderful lodging options for overnight guests or the bridal suite.

When is payment due?

We require ½ down as a deposit at the time of your reservation. The balance must be paid by the day of check in.

What is the cancellation policy?

If cancellation is within 30 days of your reservation the deposit will be forfeited. If more than 30 days notice is provided you will be subject to a minimum $20 cancellation fee.

Do you have tents or canopies available?

No. But there are rental options nearby.

What time can we start decorating?

You can access the building no earlier than 4pm the evening before to decorate and/or hold rehearsal unless prior arrangements have been approved by the staff.

Do you allow a DJ or live music?

Yes but please observe quiet hours which begin at 10pm.

How many tables and chairs do you have and how much are they to rent?

We have up to 80 chairs for $0.50 each and up to 15 tables for $2.00 each. Tables and chairs are provided at NO charge if the entire lodge (including rooms above) are rented.

Do you have a sound system?

Yes. We have an interior sound system. For an outdoor wedding we do suggest your bring your own speaker for any music you wish to play during the ceremony.

Do you cater?

No, but we would be happy to recommend local options.
